【DS455ヒストリー】

　Kayzabroのメロディアスでスムースなフロー、DJ PMXの時にゲトー、時にラグジュアリーなサウンド。 1989年の結成から22年、彼らが地元横浜から発信し続けるHIPHOPは「日本におけるUSウェストコーストスタイル」＝ウェッサイと呼ばれ、常にシーンを 牽引し続けている。結成２０周年を迎えた2009年、２年ぶりの５THアルバム『CHECK THA NUMBER』 を遂にリリース。更に同年の９月、横浜BLITZでDS455としてワンマンライブを成し遂げた。その翌年の2010年には、AK-69・BIG RON・HOKT・OZROSAURUSといったDS455をリスペクトするアーティスト達が、DS455の名曲をカバーしたJAPANESE HIPHOP史上初となるトリビュートアルバム『TRIBUTE TO DS455』を発売した。
　05年にOZROSAURUSと共に『BAYBLUES RECORDZ』を発足。翌06年には音楽プロダクションである『HOOD SOUND INC.』とレーベル『HOOD SOUND RECORDS』を設立し、多くの話題作品をリリースする。DS455の活動以外にもDJ PMXはOZROSAURUS、BIG RON、KOZ(S.T.M)など様々なアーティストのプロデュース、また08年6月には自身のソロアルバム『THE ORIGINAL』をリリースし、09年にはベストワークス集『THE CHRONICLE』をリリース。そして今年、ファン待望のLocoHAMA CRUISINGシリーズの最新作「LocoHAMA CRUISING 003」をリリース。Kayzabroはヒップホップジュエリーストア『AVALANCHE』のオーナーでもあり、アパレルライン『KRHYME DENIM』のデザインも手がける等、幅広く活動している。その評価は高く2010年には、自身の自伝本『HIPHOP LIFE 〜夢を掴むまで〜』を発売。（2011.01）


【DS455 HISTORY】

Kayzabro’s flow is melodious and smooth, sometimes ghetto and  luxurious with DJ PMX. 20 years since the formation of DS455 in 1989,  their style of Hip Hop they represent from their hometown, YOKOHAMA is  known as the West Coast Style in Japan, in which they maintain to be  leaders of. Last year, DS455 celebrated their 20 year anniversary and  released their 5th album ‘CHECK THA NUMBER,' 2 years since their  last release. In the previous year, they performed at the YOKOHAMA  BLITZ and released a live DVD. In 2005, they started ‘BAYBLUES  RECORDZ’ with OZROSAURUS, as well as establish a music  production company, ‘ HOOD SOUND Inc.’ with the  label, ‘HOOD SOUND RECORDS’ in 2006, and released a  number of records. In addition to the activities of DS455, DJ PMX  produced a variety of artists like OZROZAURUS and BIG RON. In June  2008, he released his solo album ‘THE ORIGINAL’ and in  2009, he also released the Best Works collection ’THE  CHRONICLE’. Kayzabro is involved in a variety of business  ventures including ownership of HIP HOP jewelry shop,  ‘AVALANCHE’ and also designer of the apparel  line, ‘KRHYME DENIM’. （2010.01）
